MILK INSERTION2009, INTERVENTION

A pint of milk is bought at Marks & Spencer and inserted in Tesco.

---

Dislocated from its branded setting, this milk becomes valueless. It can be neither bought nor sold, despite being identical to the products on each side. As such, this slight gesture investigates the rigid ideological constructions that govern the circulation of goods within consumer capitalism.
